At Western Pest Control we are of course completely Licensed, Insured and
Bonded. Our small staff is like family, each hired and trained by a member of our family.
Most importantly, unlike most other companies offering structural pest control inspections
for wood destroying organisms, our licensed inspectors are not commissioned. Their
paycheck does not rely on what they might find when making your inspection. We have always
felt that when in an occupation where you are called upon to make judgment calls and
recommendations involving other people's financial resources, human nature allows you to
make a more honest recommendation when you are not receiving a percentage of the dollars
you are recommending a person spend. Our employees have always lived by our motto
"quality is remembered long after price is forgotten", and the incentive to do
the job right the first time so customers will ask for your services again.

We offer inspections to homeowner's free of charge and only require a modest fee for
inspections for escrow purposes. Homeowners should visit our homeowner's "contact
