Annual Control Service Agreements
All too often, homeowners are staggered to learn of the damage termites have caused
their homes when they obtain their Structural Pest Control Inspection Report. It doesn't
have to be that way.
It is not at all uncommon to discover that this inspection, most often required when a
house is sold, is the first and only one the residence has ever received. It's a bit like
going to the dentist and learning that most of your teeth are beyond repair.
A regular, planned program of annual inspections will virtually guarantee that trouble can
be spotted before it has reached gigantic and enormously costly proportions. The time to
address termite infestation and damage is immediately upon discovery.
Western Pest Control Service has been offering this preventative kind of termite control
service to the greater Whittier area for more than 75 years. We think you should seriously
consider asking us to provide this important service for you. We offer an Annual Control
Service Agreement to qualified homeowners, following an original inspection and control of
existing infestations. With a contract, you will receive an annual inspection. Any
accessible infestations will be treated on the spot. Any conditions that are not covered
by the contract, will be brought to your attention immediately. Only under an annual
contract does the State of California allow on the spot treatment in conjunction with the
inspection.
Western's annual fee is modest, normally $175.00 to $185.00, far less than our minimum
charge for termite control work.
